  • When are you open?
    Our hours of operation are as follows: Tuesday-Thursday from 12 PM to 2 AM Fridays from 12 PM to 3 AM Saturdays from 12 PM to 2 AM Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM Hours are subject to change, so we advise guests to follow our Instagram @thetwelve25 to stay updated!
  • How old do I have to be to attend Twelve25 at night?
    All events are 18+ with Act Card to enter. You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol. Please bring a valid form of I.D.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    No smoking is allowed inside the establishment.
  • Do you guys accept Dining Dollars or Bama Cash?
    Yes, we do! However it does not permit alcohol. We also do not accept it during game days.
  • Do you serve food?
    Yes, we do! During the daytime we are a fully operated restaurant and as we transition into our nightlife we still offer a late night menu to our guests.
  • How do I get into Twelve25 if I lost my I.D.?
    We accept passports and valid birth certifications (not a copy) with photo I.D. (Gym membership, Costco, etc. are not legal forms of identification and are not accepted)
  • I think I left something in the venue, is there a lost and found?
    Anything found in the veny is taken to our main office at the end of each night. If you happen to misplace an item, please contact us directly at (205) 872-1225 or come into Twelve25 between 5 PM and 9 PM from Tuesday - Saturday. We are also available on Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM.
  • Is there prebanding?
    Unfortunately, there will not be any prebanding for the Fall semester. We have introduced a new program called "Dine-2-Skip-the-Line", where you can come in on Tuesday or Thursday and purchase any entree of your choice and receive a skip the line pass for the week.
  • How much is cover?
    Cover varies depending on the event and will be disclosed at the door.
  • How do I make sure to get into Twelve25?
    Our doors open at 10 PM, and depending on events, lines may vary. Our advise is to come before 11 PM, which secures a speedy 'check-in' to Twelve25.
  • How do I book a section?
    Go to the RESERVATIONS tab, we have 5 sections to choose from. Click on the section of your choice. Select whether you are booking for the daytime or the nighttime. It will then redirect you to our booking website and you can purchase on there. You will also be contacted with your confirmation of booking. You can also call us directly at (205) 872-1225 with any questions or concerns you may have.
  • I bought a section but I am under 21 and I noticed that the section comes with a bottle. What do I do?
    Per Alabama State Law, we are not allowed to serve you alcohol unless you are of age. We can however serve you and your group non-alcoholic drinks and food!
